2. Who are we?
ELOS is a platform developed and managed by MOBZI SOLUÇÕES CRIATIVAS EM TI LTDA ME, CNPJ 26.254.688/0001-20, headquartered at RUA JOÃO PASSOS DA SILVA 443 SALA 12 JARDIM INDEPENDENCIA – CAMPINAS – SAO PAULO, with email: hi@elos.world, which is responsible for processing users’ personal data, acting as a controller under LGPD (General Data Protection Law), which is Brazil’s comprehensive data protection law, and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) the EU’s landmark data privacy law.
3. What is personal data?
Personal data refers to all data related to a natural person that identifies them or allows them to be identified, such as name and email.
We do not collect data from individuals under the age of 18, as the platform does not allow the registration of users or advertisers under 18 years old.
It is our commitment to strictly follow this policy, highlighting that there will be no sharing, sale, or transfer of personal data processed on the platform, and any change in purpose will be duly notified to the owner.
4. What personal data do we process on ELOS, how do we obtain it, and what do we use it for?
Processing personal data means practically all possible uses of data, such as collection, storage, production, processing, distribution, modification, elimination, etc.
4.1 Non-registered user: we only collect your connection data, which is obtained when you access our mobile apps, and we use it for analysis and access control.
4.2 Registered users: to provide a high-quality service, we collect your personal data (first and last names, and email), which is obtained when you register. We use it to provide the platform’s service, enabling a better experience in using the app, allowing reviews and comments about Advertisers, for example.
4.3 Advertisers: for registration and display of your advertisement on the ELOS service, event or product platform, it is necessary to collect data such as first and last names, and phone number as optional. The data required for user to contact you for your services will be exposed for users’ knowledge. If you are an advertiser that is a legal entity, even though personal data protection applies to companies, we will exercise the same care and diligence with your data.
We collect geolocation data, even for non-registered users, but this data does not allow individual identification of the client and it’s used to find content close to the user searching for services, products or events within their local communities.
We may use information about your navigation on the platform along with your personal data to optimize and customize the services on the platform. You can withdraw this authorization at any time through our user communication channel: hi@elos.world.
5. Email Marketing
Although we have your email from your registration to validate it and send communications about the platform, services offered, and other features, based on our relationship, we don’t use it for mailmarketing neither available to any third party.
We will never request personal or banking information via email. If you have any doubts about any content you receive in our name, please contact us immediately.
6. Sharing your personal data with third parties?
To provide impeccable service, we work with partner companies that may process your data on our behalf, always respecting this Privacy Policy.
Currently, we have the following third-party service providers:
– LocaWeb – Infrastructure service (application and database hosting)
– One Signal – Instant messaging service (push notification)
– Play Store & Apple Store – App virtual stores
– API Google– Application integration service (authentication)
Any redirection through links present in our apps will be the user’s responsibility, who should read and accept the third party’s Privacy Policy before using their service.
If you notice any suspicious situation, especially regarding links and/or emails from partners, let us know immediately.
7. How long do we process your data?
We will process your data as long as you keep your registration in our database, whether you are a user or advertiser. If you delete your account or request the erasure of your data, we will comply with your request, retaining only the data required by law for the legally stipulated period.
After ending our relationship, we may keep your data anonymized, that is, without the possibility of identifying the owner.

In addition to the rights legally provided, we highlight some rights related to the processing of your data on our platform:
